On this two-disc collection, comediennes unite onstage in Los Angeles for a good cause, with the proceeds going to a feminist charity. However, that doesn’t mean that the humor on these tracks is lightweight—many of the women on this STAND UP compilation let the irreverent riffs fly, whether it’s Hellura Lyle discussing her childhood Brownies troop or Bonnie Brennan pondering illicit drug use.
