Description
Matt Falk, an energetic comedian whose album “Apple Pie and Scars” reached #1 on the iTunes Comedy Chart, has been described as both “effortlessly funny” and “a prodigy.” He has built a solid comedic career on his ability to combine observational material, impressions and abstract comedy with his larger than life personality. With his booming voice, squeaky clean material, and self-deprecating anecdotes, Falk creates the perfect balance between laughing at his own foibles, and identifying with the audience in a way that allows them to laugh at themselves. With a style reminiscent of the great comedians of the 60’s, Falk delivers flawless punch lines again and again.
Since launching his career, Falk has worked with fellow comedians Brent Butt, Ron James, Gerry Dee and many more. He is both a writer and star of “RocKids TV,” as well as the writer of the record breaking Celebrations/Jubilations Dinner Theatre show; “The Big BOOM Theory” and “It’s Elementary Sherlock.” His act has taken him nationwide, and includes performing at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival and placing 2nd in The World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas. “Apple Pie and Scars” was named one of the Top Ten Comedy Albums in the year of it’s release, and is currently played on Sirus XM Canada/ USA.
